Steffen Kohlstedde has more than 16 years of experience in the medical and aesthetic device industry, beginning with his involvement in one of the leading global aesthetic device company – Syneron-Candela. Among his significant previous positions, Steffen served Vice President Sales & Operations at Syneron-Candela Inc where he was responsible for recruiting, supporting and inspiring Syneron-Candela’s Partners. Despite the fact that he founded his own distribution company of Medical devices, but he is still Business Consultant at Syneron-Candela.
Eugene Bosko

Eugene Bosko brings Over 10 years of experience in the aesthetic medical industry. Prior to ASPMEDICA Mr. Bosko served as Deputy Director at the leading set of clinics in Europe. He has extensive experience in creating medical centers from the ground up. The Medical Advisory Board (MAB) of ASPMEDICA was established for the purpose of providing advice and guidance to the staff and Board of Directors. Dr. Jurgita Stoskiene is one of Lithuanian’s leading Dermatologist and a recognized expert in the field of aesthetic medicine. She specializes in laser and RF technologies for face and body aesthetic treatments. Sertificated by French Society of Mezotherapy.
Dr. Jurgita Stoskiene has over 18 years of management experience in the aesthetic industry s as well as having owned her own aesthetic business. She is responsible for the clinical training team and education programs.

Dr. Anna Sviridova graduated from Riga Stradins university, Faculty of Medicine; from the University of Latvia in the speciality Dermatovenerologist. In Swiss she confirmed qualification of a doctor. In Italy (Milan) Dr.Sviridova worked as a resident in the speciality Dermatovenerologist.
Dr. Anna Sviridova received further dermatological education, including hosted dermoscopy course (Graz, Austria), Trichology Course (Bologna and Florence, Italy), studied different laser techniques in medicine, surgery and dermatology, mesotherapy, biorevitalisation (Riga). She studied methods of laser treatment of vascular lesions, skin lesions, laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation and laser removal of age spots.
